Luminance Models provides modeling agency services, including but not limited to:

• Model representation and talent management
• Portfolio development and professional guidance
• Booking and scheduling services for modeling assignments
• Industry connections and career development opportunities

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and application processes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Luminance Models and third parties
• Not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Luminance Models or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without our express written permission.

By submitting photos, videos, or other content to us, you grant Luminance Models a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing our services and promoting your modeling career.

Payment Terms

Regarding payments and compensation:

• Luminance Models operates on a commission basis for bookings secured through our agency
• Commission rates will be clearly disclosed in your representation agreement
• Payments for modeling assignments will be processed according to industry standards
• We do not charge upfront fees for representation or portfolio review
• Any additional services (professional photography, training, etc.) will be clearly communicated with associated costs

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminance Models shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Third-party conduct or content on our services
• Any other matter relating to our services

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Providing false or misleading information
• Extended periods of inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Luminance Models operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Any modeling opportunities or bookings will be secured
• Any defects in our services will be corrected
